Getting started with your Sports Performance Training at The Versatile Athlete

Youth Athlete Training

  • Athletic Performance Sessions: Athletes age 10+

    Athletes will have a dynamic movement component and strength component built into each session.

    The dynamic movement component will focus on key performance factors such as speed, agility, reactions, plyometrics, conditioning, etc. They will be coached through the movement portion as a group.

    The strength component will be more individualized to accommodate each athlete's different training levels and abilities. We will put athletes into our workout progressions based on several factors to help their performance best. (In/Off-Season, previous training experience, age/ability, sports needs, etc.)

    Athletic Strength Sessions: Athletes age 15+

    These sessions will focus on improving the strength of our high school and college-level athletes. By reducing the emphasis on movement, athletes can concentrate on building their strength and explosiveness in the gym. These athletic strength sessions will also incorporate prehab and injury prevention exercises to help athletes stay healthy.

  • We have a few different package options available for our sessions:

    Session Packages:

    Unlimited Sessions Packages:

    • One Month of Unlimited Sessions - $240: This package is good for 30 days after the purchase date and allows athletes to come as much as they would like during that time.

    • Recurring Monthly Unlimited Sessions - $225/Month: Similar to the One Month option, this package is good for 30 days after the purchase date and it will automatically renew into the next month until you decide to cancel. NO CANCELLATION FEES. We just require a 30-day notice of when you intend to cancel after the first renewal.

Adult Athlete Training

  • Adult Performance Workouts: Athletes age 18+

    During each 45-minute workout session, our experienced trainers will lead the athletes through a carefully designed series of circuits, each of which will include a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups throughout the body. By following our expert guidance and putting in your best effort, each workout is guaranteed to raise your heart rate and help you break a good sweat.

    Modifications and substitutes for exercises can be provided!
