  • We utilize the TrainHeroic platform for our online programs. Once registered, you'll be given access to your scheduled workout routines, exercise videos, and other resources. You can follow the program at your convenience, accessing the content on your computer, smartphone, or tablet.

  • We do our best to program exercises that use equipment found in most gyms. We recommend looking at the workouts at the beginning of the week. If you lack any required equipment let us know in the chat and we provide alternative exercises for you.

  • Yes, we provide video breakdowns of the exercises and are always avaible via the chat to provide modifications or alternatives to accommodate different fitness levels. Our Intro to Versatility program would be a great one to start on!

  • Start with lighter weights: If you're new to a particular exercise or unsure about your strength level, it's generally safer to start with lighter weights. This allows you to focus on mastering the exercise technique and gradually progress as you build strength and confidence.

  • Here are a few tips to stay motivated:

    -Set goals: Define specific, achievable goals and track your progress.

    -Find a workout buddy: Partner up with a friend and our online programs allow you to chat with other members to build a community.

    -Coaches checking in: We make sure to follow-up if we notice you have not completed a workout.

    -Schedule your workouts: Treat them as appointments and stick to your plan.

    -Celebrate milestones: Acknowledge your achievements along the way.
