Our vision is to be a transformative off-season program for high-level/collegiate women’s soccer players, dedicated to individual growth, skill enhancement, and personal empowerment. We aim to provide a supportive and challenging environment where each athlete can refine her soccer skills, improve her physical fitness, and deepen her understanding of the game. Beyond the field, we are committed to nurturing leadership qualities, mental resilience, and a lifelong passion for soccer. Our commitment is to equip each player with the tools and confidence needed to excel in the upcoming season and to lay a strong foundation for success in all areas of life.

Cristian Garcia

Cristian has been coaching for Charlotte Soccer Academy since 2022. Before this, he coached in Florida at Azzurri Storm and Florida Fire. While in Florida, he helped Azzurri grow into the biggest club in the SWFL region. Back in 2021, he started his own soccer training company (Soccer Initiative) focusing on private and small group training/skill development as well as camps in the summers. Cristian has furthered his education through a variety of Certifications:
